A 34-year-old man in Nairn, in the north-east of Scotland, has received serious burns after it is thought he was set alight in an attack.
James Shaw was taken to hospital with serious burns to his legs after the incident on 10 February and is said to be in a stable condition.
Jordan Jeans, 25, appeared in court charged with assault leading to severe injury and disfigurement, according to a BBC report, and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance later in the month.
