A cobbler in China has been reported on around the world for his answer to the hard times - using a converted rabbit hutch to house his father. The room built for 74-year-old Dang Cheng is cramped and propped up outside the cobbler's apartment in Guangdong, China. However, the cobbler, Yuan Ye, complained to reporters: "Some of our neighbours tease him with carrots and lettuce, but at least my dad is dry and safe."
