The Programme provides recovery treatment for people (18+) with addiction problems in Brent to help them get back to a clean and sober life, free from addiction. Peer Advocates with personal experience of homelessness support homeless people to access healthcare. Peer advocates support clients with health/mental health appointments and with getting support from community mental health teams, social services, therapy-based services etc. Also support clients with a dual diagnosis of mental health and drug & alcohol issues.
