Crisis at Christmas provides food, good cheer and great company. Take part in fun and relaxing activities and get one-to-one advice to find your way out of homelessness. Self-help organisation supports people who are struggling with addiction and mental health conditions through a '12 Step + 5' recovery programme, workshops and other services. Peer Advocates with personal experience of homelessness support homeless people to access healthcare. Peer advocates support clients with health/mental health appointments and with getting support from community mental health teams, social services, therapy-based services etc. Also support clients with a dual diagnosis of mental health and drug & alcohol issues.

Also registers people in hostels or B&Bs in Tower Hamlets and those who have been placed in temporary accommodation elsewhere in London by LB Tower Hamlets. One Day At A Time (ODAAT) is a quasi-residential men only (18+) rehab. 12 steps, counselling and psychotherapy are employed in a loving community to transform from chaos to constructive living. Services for people on the scheme include one to one counselling, yoga, community meetings, psychotherapy, relapse prevention and life skills, group therapy and aftercare, family contact and recreation.

Helps people of all backgrounds to an independent and fulfilled life away from homelessness & exclusion. They address not only users' immediate needs, but also the underlying issues and causes of their homelessness and exclusion. Stoll is the leading provider of supported housing for ex-servicemen and women. As well as housing, they provide life-changing support including employment training, advice, addiction services and health and wellbeing activities.

Housing, training and community health organisation that runs hostels for homeless young people. Check the website for details.

Temporary furnished accommodation and support to adults in recovery from substance misuse, who have achieved a period of stability through residential or community rehabilitation. Service is mainly for people living clean, but some methadone, etc, users who are stable will be considered.
