Call for the times of their wide range of services. Emmaus House provides hot lunches during the week and every other weekend. It's also where clients can shower, pick up clothes and household items. Free professional services are on offer by appointment.

General health care; chronic disease management; hepatitis and HIV screening; vaccination; free condoms; referral (counselling, alcohol worker, mental health services, drug worker); information on dentistry and podiatry services; alcohol and drug advice and treatment; cervical screening; blood tests; benefits and housing advice; assistance to homeless patients in UCH; on call services at nights and weekends.

Glass Door runs London’s largest emergency winter night shelter, providing men and women a safe, warm place to sleepfrom November to April. Individuals affected by homelessness also access advice, food, showers and laundry facilities year-round from drop-in day centres that work in partnership with the charity.

Wed only: 9am–12:00pm. Glass Door casework support, Crosslight debt advice, computers/printers, clothing repairs and pastoral support. Appointment only - book on arrival. Breakfast & clothing available to those with an appointment with one of these services.

Supports primarily single people with a local connection to Kingston who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless or who are experiencing serious problems with private landlords. Female-only project. Two hostels with 112 single beds and a day centre with a rough sleepers' drop-in. Activities programme for residents and day centre users. Lift for people with mobility problems to access the day centre.

For young (16-24) homeless people. Free lunch. Women-only groups. Mental health, life skills & advice, and employment/resettlement support. Sex worker project. Street outreach. Refugee worker. 7-day drop-in provision. First-time visitors should arrive outside the centre at 10.00am to make an appointment with the Advice team. Support with referrals into winter night shelters. Our day centre is currently open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:30am and 3.30pm.
