Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9am-5:30pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 9am-7pm; Free and confidential service for young people and adults who live or are registered with a GP in Hillingdon and want to deal with their alcohol or drug difficulties, and associated emotional or mental health issues. Assessment and tailored recovery plans, detox, specialist treatment, advice and info, one-to-one and group therapy, peer support, men's and women's groups, evening and weekend social drop-in and activities etc. Self refer by phone or ask your key worker to help you. They address not only users' immediate needs, but also the underlying issues and causes of their homelessness and exclusion. Turning Point (Overdose Response)

Monday-Sunday: 12am-12am (open 24 hours); Drop-in, needle exchange, advice and assessment. Accommodation and support for people with addiction issues. 24-hour advice, support and assessment. Detox, GP clinics, residential unit, post- residential methadone clinic, abcess and ulcer clinic, well-woman clinic and much more. Also family support centre. CODES: A, C, DW, LF, MS, NE, SH, SF

Turning Point Scotland (Alcohol & Drug recovery)

Monday-Sunday: 12am-12am (24 hour needle exchange & accommodation); Needle exchange & temp accommodation. 24 hour service for homeless people in crisis because of mental health, drugs or alcohol. A 12-bed residential unit provides a safe environment to withdraw from a chaotic lifestyle. Average stay is 28–36 days. CODES: A, C, DW, LF, MS, NE, SF, AD, AH, FC

Monday & Friday: 9:15am-4:45pm; Wednesday: 11am-4:45pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 9:15am-7:45pm; Drop in open, but with limited service. Drop in to arrange further 1-to-1 support. Needle Exchange Mon – Fri at the times stated above. Range of addiction and recovery services open to men and women aged 16 and over who are aware they have a substance misuse problem and would like to start their recovery journey.
