Provides advice and support to people aged 16-24 who wish to access and sustain permanent accommodation. Helps young people to develop the skills they need to maintain a home. Staff work flexibly over the weekend and in the evenings.

Umbrella organisation for groups and individuals who want to end homelessness in Glasgow and ensure that outcomes for people affected by homelessness meet their needs, interests and aspirations. 24-hour emergency access accommodation for homeless women. residents engage with staff to develop a personal plan to tackle housing and other support needs.

We are a day centre for the homeless, socially isolated, and vulnerable, based in the East End of Glasgow. We have an Intervention Worker who provides a range of services including emotional support, benefits checks, filling out forms and signposting to relevant organisations. In addition to that we also provide a suite of activities which is constantly reviewed to ensure they are the most appropriate/enjoyable for our client group.

Independent, multilingual homelessness and human rights charity dedicated to supporting people from refugee and migrant communities. They believe in a society where everyone has the right to live safe and dignified lives, free from poverty, homelessness or discrimination.

Supports young women (18-25) with complex needs wherever they are - hospital, prison, B&B and other homeless accommodation. They don't exclude or give up on anyone.

For men and women aged 16-25. Accommodation is on the upper levels of a three-storey building, lift available. They support young people experiencing drug addiction, alcohol misuse, mental health problems, offending behaviour or severe emotional and psychological issues.

Rooted in the hearts of local communities across Scotland, our services help to: - Prevent homelessness through supportive and safe places to call home; - Help people become more independent with community-based support; - Improve people’s mental health and wellbeing through mentoring and counselling.

Advises, educates and supports young people. Enables them to build the personal skills and resources required to make a positive and healthy transition to adulthood, while avoiding or moving on from homelessness. Not SF.
